Starbursts, glare day and night!

Ever since finishing Accutane 5 months ago, I’ve suffered bad burning dry eyes.. it’s been confirmed I have mgd evaporative dry eye.

however in the day and night I’m suffering rays of glare shining off every single light source & daytime glare (shiny surfaces)

Hi everyone and thanks for this forum.

I'm italian and I'm not 100% comfortable with english so I apologize for my errors.
I also apologize if I skipped some FAQs, this forum is very rich of info and I'm sure I will have the time to explore it.

I’m an Italian 27-year-old...
 

Introduction: isotretinoin victim, meibomian gland atrophy grade 4

Started a low dose isotretinoin 5 years back. This completely messed up my eyes, and have continued getting worse even after stopping the treatment after 6 months. I have taken pictures of my meibomian glands through my eye doc and I am a "grade 4", almost no glands left.
Nothing works...
 

Dont know what to do anymore

So for a while I've been lying awake at night searching the forums for answers to my issue. I'm sick of being constantly plagued by this issue, I'm tired, throwing up and not even wanting to get out of bed. I'm still doing some sort of routine ketofall... fish oil.... warm compress or cold depends......
 

Working from home - any improvements?

Due to the current situation, Ive been working full time from home for the last 3 weeks or so. Screen time is slightly less than before but the main difference is I'm working in a natural environment with no fluorescent lighting or dry air being pumped out of vents in the ceiling above.
