  • Screen Readers?

Can anybody suggest a good screen reading program?

I'm looking to purchase one online but am not to sure about pricing vs quality.

I need the same information.... I've been looking into them a little. I tried a free one and it was ok for some words but really botched others.

I need it to help me read the endless chapters of college textbooks. If you find a good screen reader please let me know, and I will do the same.

. . . I’m not sure if your questions refer to what might also be called TTS (text-to-speech) software. But in case you are, here is a suggestion:
I participated about one year ago in a thread here started by “browneyes” about locating software which might read digital text and translate it into speech.
Although I don’t use such software myself, a handful of folks responded to the question; hope this helps.
