Has anyone ever changed insurance when they were already seeing a doctor for dry eyes? Is this a preexisting condition that the new insurance company will not cover? I am specifically looking to change to Kaiser, as I heard they cover more of my out of pocket expenses than my current insurance and Kaiser cost less.
