once you open the serum drop segment, do you store it in the fridge for later use or do you throw it away? I am getting conflicting info from my blood bank.
I would love to store it for later but if it has no preservatives how can it be ok for later without any way to close the little segment?

    thanks!!

Hi, I guess I'm not sure what a segment is. Mine come in a dropper and I store for between 7-8 days. Although, they tell me I can keep them up to ten but I swear they are more watery looking by then.

Mine come in a dropper bottle, slightly smaller than small eye drop bottles you can get for allergies, etc, like sample bottles. Before opening, I keep them in the freezer. Once opened, I keep each bottle in the fridge between uses, up to about 7 days although I frequently finish about day 5 or 6. Here's a picture

Ive opened one accidently and used it around 2 months later without any problems.I did keep it frozen every night and in the refrigerator during the day when using it.

Oh a segment is like a tiny 4cm plastic tube which u open by cutting one end off. like a super duper ice block. there are about ten drops in there but i contacted the hospital pharmacy but they said i must throw away once opened
i only use one drop per eye.
Such a waste . silly blood bank and laser clinic said it's ok but i think i will err on side of caution.
wish i had little bottles. i have to disinfect segment and scissors every time...
