  • Is Radiant Heat better for dry eyes than Forced-Air heat?

Does anyone have an opinion on whether Radiant Heat is better for dry eyes than forced-air heat? For those of us with cold winters where heat is required almost non-stop, I am wondering if converting to Radiant Heat would help? (vs. the standard forced-air heat that most of us have in the U.S., which is so miserable on the eyes.) Homes can be retro-fitted for radiant heat via Radiant Heating Panels that can be attached to the ceiling, etc. I am just wondering whether doing this could help us--ANY THOUGHTS?

That is what I use but add a humidifier. i guess less air the better.

I'd guess it is cleaner than blowing moldy, dusty air through the house. That in itself would seem a good thing for folks with little or no tear film. I'd love to have radiant heat.
