Eye "massage" question

I have read lots of good tips on how to do warm/cold compresses etc. and some of you have mentioned eyelid "massage." Could someone please explain how to do this??

Thanks Anthony16 for the informative video. I did not realize the eyelid massage was the same as the gland expression. I was under the impression they were two different treatments.
