Does anyone use this in the USA? If so have you seen results from it and how expensive is it ?

I don't remember the exact price but I think it was like $400. I really felt little difference. The problem with that machine is that it doesn't warm up the glands enough so that the good oils come out for MGD, it's mostly warms the exterior part not deep into the glands, that's why It's better for blepharitis. (I guess that's where the name comes from)
