  • quick follow up to earlier compress question.

Thanks to all who advised on using the rice bag idea as a hot compress. I am now hooked. Gone are the days of wet shirts using soaking wet flannels

I stopped short of buying pantyhose( just couldn't do it), so took to the sock idea, bit toohot at first, but then wrapped it in a facecloth and it was great. and stays warm for ages...

Can i ask a quick question though, when i have the compress on sometimes my eyes sting a little, not loads, is this natural ? and also afterwards my vison is a little blurry, again is this normal. I hope so as i don't want to stop using them.

    cheers

    Both happen to me too.
