Coconut Oil

I keep hearing about Virgin Cocount oil. Has anyone used this method? Is it safe to put in your eyes? Or just rub it on the lash line? Thanks for any responses!

I haven't tried it. I have heard its good to drink it, a lot more hydrating that water. I think it tastes awful but i assume if you put it into a smoothie you wouldn't taste it! Apparently a lot of people felt better after a few months of it.
