Umbrella plug fell thru puncta

Has this happened to anyone? Can it be irrigated out?

I had one fall though too, I don't think there's much you can do. months later I had my tear ducts irrigated and there was no blockage so it either worked its way out or got stuck somewhere. if it doesn't hurt or cause problems like infection I won't risk surgury to get it out.
