I have been experiencing eyelash loss in only one of my eyelids for about 2 weeks now. I have also been waking up with swollen upper eyelids. This seems to come and go and I can't seem to figure out the cause. The swelling disappears as the day goes on. I do not have any debris in my lashes in the AM but I have very few lashes left on my right eyelid!!! Would Lotemax help with this eyelash loss/swelling in the AM?? I have tried Pataday but did not have much success. Any suggestions??
