  • How can...

Monday and Tuesday be bearable. When I say bearable, eyes were very dry and I put about 6 lots of Hyloforte in.

Wednesday is a disaster! There is moisture there but wow my eyes are so sore, tight and red. The worst bit is the light sensitivity!!

I can deal with dryness i.e. Monday and Tuesday but today is a different story.

I woke up and they were instantly sore, tears were being created but they were stinging.

How frustrating is this disease, off to bed for me now.

Also I have a headache, neck ache and really tender cheek bones, does anyone else get this? Went to see my GP last week about it, and guess what, no idea, just more antibiotics!!

Yes, its probably from the computer - maybe too brite fluresence, or maybe that plus outgassing chemicals from computer.
As documented in the book Invisible Disease by Nordstrom.

I've had your symptoms plus much more from villainour computers (criminallergies!

Take a look at below testimony - and shake hands with both her - and with me.
Because our experiences resemble each other.

You may wanna try basic eye flushes with pure water.
Simply pour filtered water into a nosedrops type of bottle (first sterilize it).
For example, sterilize this type of bottle:

Then open your eyes wide for better access to inner-upper recesses of conjunctiva
Then use the dropper to prolongedly drip refreshing water into recesses of conjunctiva.

P.S. if only the below eyedrops were available transcontinentally, as well as affordably.
Not sure what the ingredients are, but they look promising.

I'm sure I read a blog from a man who had this and dry eye and found out he had overly tight facial stress in his muscles and improved his eyes a lot with facial yoga type moves, if I find his blog I will link it on here in future. (It was not on this forum but a webpage he made himself)

Ps there is a muscle in the neck that apparently effects the eyes, it's a long shot but maybe worth looking Into. I remember tweeting a post on my page about it, it was sent to me by my chiropractors - though he did stress this would not be a cure.
