Can anyone recommend an oculoplastic ophthalmologist in Washington State? I'd prefer in the northwest.

Dr. Laukitis in Kirkland, WA. He has a MediSpa/plastic surgery clinic but still does occuloplastics. Very very good. If he can't see you I am sure he can refer you to someone else.

I emailed Tim Carey and he said that he mainly OPENS canalicula because of closure and epiphora.

He recommended Walt Rotkis... said he was one of the foremost experts on dry eye on the West Coast.
