Has anyone been to the dry eye clinic in Minesotta with Dr. Dieter?

I am on the west coast but accidentally stumbled upon his website in my desperate state. Though it's so hard to research when your eyes are at their worst yet that's when you need to the most. His site does not mention the specific techniques he uses though. He says he himself has dry eyes.
