    For me there is no period of time when I don't suffer from dry eye. It's not 2 to 3 days after it occurs because its an always thing. And I'm always exhausted. It takes the life out of you.

    More like: dull knife scraping off your most sensitive skin. (debilitating and cannot be lived with on a regular basis)
    Itching or foreign body in eye is the more trivial irritation that happens several hours after. I could live with this trivial irritant.
