    I'm suffering from the same issue nearly 8 months after LASIK, I'm going to speak to my consultant about Prokera on my next visit.

    He's already been very good, straight on the steroids and Ikervis, more than I expected from an NHS consultant. The steroids seem to be helping.

    Prokera should help with the staining and stabilise the tear film, but I hope also to kick-start the nerve recovery.

    Seems to be plenty of evidence that amniotic membrane can help.

    Tea_Pot if you need a UK contact for Prokera, let me know, I might have one. It won't be available on the NHS, only privately. I don't think it cheap either.
