  • Introduction: isotretinoin victim, meibomian gland atrophy grade 4

Started a low dose isotretinoin 5 years back. This completely messed up my eyes, and have continued getting worse even after stopping the treatment after 6 months. I have taken pictures of my meibomian glands through my eye doc and I am a "grade 4", almost no glands left.
Nothing works for me, my life is falling apart professionally and personally because of my constant dry, red eyes. I cannot have a conversation with people without looking down because tear film evaporates so quickly...
Desperate for help, and hope. Could I ever regenerate my meibomian glands?
