i took some finasteride (for hair loss) in the past which is a anti androgen and also drugs that dry the body out which was for a condition i no longer have. I'm wondering if this messed up my hormones.

i know the lacrimal gland is androgen mediated.

I did.

NHS hormone test useless and also went privately again they don't understand the connection between hormones and dry eyes. As a man it's worse because we don't have hormone problems apparently.

I think a functional doctor might be useful but very expensive for a good one here in the UK.

My testosterone levels are low but within reference range. But they not measure free unbound testosterone which is the important bit. Only way to do that is via saliva not blood.
