Can IPL help in a way Lipiflow does not?

Did Lipiflow a month and a half ago, no huge help so far as far as I can tell. How can I tell if IPL will be different?

You can't tell unless you try, each patient is different.

LipiFlow aims to remove any obstruction inside the glands.

It is unclear the mechanism of IPL, but somehow it causes the glands to produce better quality oil for some patients.
