Vital Tears mail-order pharmacy?

Hi.

I'm a long-time autologous serum tears user whose pharmacy recently stopped production, leaving me with only out-of-state options for the time being.

I've been made aware of the following lab in Missouri that apparently does nothing but serum tears:

Has anyone here heard of them? Used them? Their website doesn't contain much info so any help would be greatly appreciated.
