  • A good dry eye book

Even though most of he information can be found in here i found a book that taught me more than I ever knew about dry eyes. In spite of the title, no easy claims or promises were made in the book. It is "Reversing Dry eye by Steven ******", I'm not selling this or any thing. I have no contact or tie in with the book or it's publisher, I purchased it from amazon, it woke me up to the fact dry eyes or as he says the current term used is dysfunctional tear syndrome can do permanent damage,I'm tired of doctors saying just deal with it.
I usually end up thinking I'm just a weak whiner

Why no responses to this post?
And 160 people have read this..

Thanks for the book recommendation. I wonder how it differs from Dr Latkany's.

I wish we could put together a list of all of the books people have read about this, and discuss their stronger messages of each.

Here's my comments on it from a blog post a couple of years ago. Certainly worth reading.
