    Hi Rebecca

    I sent an email to Marilyn yesterday. Is there a problem with the system? Is it still in a queue? I am disappointed to see it did not get sent as it took me a long time to write and thought it would really help her.

    Are you sure it was an email? Email does not go through our system at all, just through your mail program.

    Was it a private message? We don't see those or have any moderator type control over them either. But you can check to see if the message went through. Click on "private messages" at the top right of your screen, then in the top middle of the screen where it says "Jump to folder", change it from Inbox to Sent Items and click Go.

    If it was a post, it would not go through a queue (assuming it was posted in any of the Community Forums). User posts appear immediately everywhere except in the Dr. Q&A forums.
