Lipiflow with inflammation?

Can I do Lipiflow if I have chronic inflammation?

I have SLK which, I think, was induced by my dry eyes caused by MGD.

I'm in constant pain, I'm really hoping for some help.

I'm not a doctor nor an expert on this. If you have a lot of inflammation doctors may not recommend Lipiflow due to concerns about making the inflammation worse-- in which case the treatment plan would be to try to get your inflammation down and then maybe try Lipiflow later. It really depends on your individual case and how your eyes look. I wish I could be more helpful but there's not enough info here to say much more. The pain is really hard and I really hope you are able to see a good doctor about this.
