Is it safe to use eyebrow tints if you have MGD/blepharitis?

Just wondering. I have seb derm as well as MGD and have lost patches out of my eyebrows. I'd like to be able to fill those in with an eyebrow tint but am unsure if these are too toxic to use, if they might somehow make MGD worse? (I realize I'm not actually putting this stuff in my eyes or around the rims, but just wondering if there would still be an issue with it. )

Has anyone here ever tried them before?
