To people with autoimmune issues - do you benefit from AST or PRP eye drops? If you have systemic inflammation in your body would the serum tears have inflammatory factors in it - causing further inflammation in the eyes?

Ast hasnt helped with my mgd.
I've started LDN to help with systemic inflammation, whether it helps is another matter.
