If moisture chamber glasses help. Does this suggest that the persons mg aren't working correctly as apposed aqueous dry eye? Thanks.

It really doesn't suggest anything about diagnosis or cause at all. Moisture chamber glasses reduce symptoms... think of it as pain management really... via environmental control. They are used by people with everything from lagophthalmos to aqueous deficient to MGD to a host of other things or all of the above
