  • Advice for eyelid eczema

I keep getting eczema on my upper eyelids. The skin is dry and I can feel scaliness. I always put Vaseline on my lids. I use Avenova and warm compresses for my blepharitis and MGD. I also have ocular rosacea. I used Ocusoft wipes the past 2 days to see if they would help lessen the scaliness. The skin is still really dry. I don’t want to have to use a topical steroid. Twice now, my ophthalmologist has had me use Tobradex ointment for the outer corners of my lids for 2 weeks, twice a day. It helped but I didn’t want to use it for the full 2 weeks. Does anyone have experience with eyelid dermatitis and what did you find helpful? Thanks for any advice.

Hi, are you sure it is eczema and not demodex?
