My reply to my own post is "unapproved"

I'm having the same issue in https://forum.dryeyezone.com/forum/d...ed-help-advice -- I left a reply and went back to edit (clarify something I said) and after clicking "Save" on my edits, the post is now "unapproved" and highlighted in green. I got a message saying it was flagged as potential spam-- not sure why.

Hi! I've just tried to reply to a post in my IPL success thread, and it's all highlighted in green and says "UNAPPROVED". Does anyone know why that would be?

Weirdly, I've quoted someone in the same thread and replied to that, and that's gone through fine?

Help please!
