Using Serum Drops and Steroid Drops at the same time...

Is it ok to be using serum drops and steroid drops at the same time??
if so what is your routine, how long do you wait. Like, if you put in serum drops in how long do you usually wait to put the steroids in? 5 mins, 15 mins??

and what kind of steroid drops do you use? lotemax?...

Today I woke up for the 3rd day in a row with pain in my left temple and my left eye very red.
I have been on serum drops for about 2 weeks now and it just seems since I have started them (all while quitting Flarex) my eye situation has gotten worse.
So I called my cornea specialist today...
