How I fixed my dry eyes

Hello everyone,

so as the title says, I am almost completely free of my dry eye symptoms.
I am a 21 year old student and have no problem looking at my computer screen for 10+ hours every day, something that would cause severe pain before I fixed my eyes.

Questions about doing a Superficial Keratectomy this week under General Anesthesia

I'm supposed to do a Superficial Keratectomy on Tuesday for my left eye. I am completely terrified as I have some super sensitivity that prevents anything from touching my eye. I have never even been able to have a doctor put a contact lens on my eye.

I called the Manchester dry eye clinic, apparently if glands have dropped out they cannot probe them, only if they are blocked.

I currently have 30% of glands left and believe some will have dropped out.

Anyone have experience with probing and can inform?

Pain. Cannot stand wind. At work air conditioning is tough.
Gets strong at night, last night slept 2 hours.
First I have been told that I have mild dry eyes.
But last time I went to the doctor he understood I suffer.
He was pessimistic...

Dont know what to do anymore

So for a while I've been lying awake at night searching the forums for answers to my issue. I'm sick of being constantly plagued by this issue, I'm tired, throwing up and not even wanting to get out of bed. I'm still doing some sort of routine ketofall... fish oil.... warm compress or cold depends......
