I do not have any problems with my eyes, I have never experienced any symptoms of dry eye. I might have had a little castor oil in my eye 10 days ago, so I went to the opthalmology to be on the safe side. Everything was fine, but for precaution I got Vigamox eye drops for 5 days 3 times a day in both eyes. I experience the side effect of dry eye, irritation since then. I already stopped using it 5 days ago, but my symptoms of irritation, itchiness, pain do not cease. How long dose it take after Vigamox to wear off this side effect? Could it be it caused something irreversible? I am very desperate and can hardly manage even with artificial tears and gels. Thanks for sharing any experience.
