Does reading cause damage to dry eyes?

    hgcomet, google f.lux and download it to your computer and play with the settings until it is comfortable for your eyes. it helps a lot. Also, raise your seat and lower your computer screen so your eyelids are partly closed when you look at your screen, that helps too. And some people in the forum have programs on their computers to remind them to blink.

      it doesnt cause damage but it just shows that concentration just dries our eyes out. Reading isnt good at all for dry eyes but what is?
