Hi Yall, happy new year. May your dry eyes get better this year. I'm at about 60-70% improvement since having lipiflow and changing up my regimen. This includes adding liquid fish oil and cutting out restasis. I use Xiidra. I've written a blog about fish oil (includes my findings from research and multiple doctors. Cheers

Great post! I've just started to take fish oil and I checked the DHA before purchasing it as you suggested in your post. Appreciate it!
