Optimel Manuka honey eye drops

Hi, i also ordered from these manuka drops. but im not sure how to use them. should i use x3 a day as described or less. as far as i saw from the posts it makes stinging sensation. any other side effect?

A lot of drops contain Benzoic Acid, it is just a PH buffer and won't cause eye damage.

Hi all.
Yesterday I instilled ( optimel)one drop each eye before sleep , next day I woke up with headache.
is safe to use optimel eye drops at bed time ? And
this eye drops contain Benzoic Acid.
Does Benzoic Acid cause eye damage ?

any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
