My Story: Rosacea, Dry Eye, and Chalazions Galore!

Hey regularjoe....


i just wanted to ask you how your eyes hold up in the heat in Toronto?!

I live in Ireland but always go to Toronto in the summer, but I haven't been since I developed ocular rosacea and facial rosacea....

do you find the heat really irritates your eyes or because it's humid are they okay?! I would be afraid to go incase!

I may be oblivious to it, but I have never noticed an issue with my Rosacea or eye issues regarding heat and humidity in Toronto. In fact a few summers ago I was in Costa Rica for a month, and it was much more hot and humid, and didn't notice much either. In Costa Rica my cheeks were often pink, but it wasn't the hot, burning Rosacea flareups, like I used to get. And my eyes were fine.

As you know, everyone is different. If you used to have a problem with Toronto in the summer, you likely still will.
