  • Good eye gels in Europe?(problem with restasis?)

    Hi!
I'm living in Germany and using Restasis for around 6 months. It helps me a little bit, especially between 9am(apply at around 8,30am) and 2pm. I want to try some eye gels now. Maybe I can use it after 2pm, when Restasis doesnt work anymore.
Does anyone know if its dangerous to use them together? Any side effect?
And another question. astacene product is mainly for skin, but I read today online that it helps immune system too. Maybe it helps the dry eyes too?

    Complement to Restasis

Systane, which I have no trouble finding in Sweden or the UK, is often suggested as a complement to Restasis, and according to some studies helps to heal the conjunctiva and gives better results with Restasis than either of the two alone:

    http://www.systane.com/professional/...e_Restasis.asp

I use Systane at night now with good results instead of a gel. Bonus: Unlike many gels available in Europe, it doesn't include cell-killing preservatives like Benzalkonium Chloride or Cetrimide.

Hope you can find it in Germany.
