I love this site but the colours hurt my eyes

Is there any way to change the colours used in this site?. There is something about white and blue that just hurt my eyes and I can't stay on the computer as long as I would like. Something in peachy colours would be gentler I think. I wonder if anyone else finds that they have the same trouble?.

No, but I have a suggestion that could help you with this problem generally.

First:
1) Go to the Tools menu
2) Select "Internet Options"
3) On the General tab, click on the "Accessibility" button in the lower right
4) Check the box that says "Ignore colors specified on web pages"

Then,

1) Go back to the Tools menu
2) Select "Internet Options"
3) Click on the "Colors" button
4) UN check the box that says "Use Windows Colors"
5) Click on "Background Color" and change it to peach
6) Change other color specifications to suit your needs.
