What is your experience with PTK?

Saw my eye doc today. Had Diamond Burr on left eye and now they have prescribed scalera lens for my eyes. The left one is doing great but my right one is still blurry. Eye Doc thinks PTK MIGHT help with the blurry vision on the right side, but he isn't sure.

Thoughts?
