Severe dry eyes from lasik

Dear Forum members,

I have had lasik since July 2004 and still suffer severe dry eye pain.
My left eye is worst than my right eye.

I have rosacea which meant that I am a poor candidate for lasik.

I am now on doxycycline for one month but see a small improvement.
How long should I go on doxycycline and when do I see any results.

I have like 40 small pimples on my eyelids. That causes the blockage.
I have tried tea tree oil as well.

Do you have any other suggestions?
