hard yellow crust again!

I have mild bleph and was free of waking up with hard yellow crusts sticking to my eyelids (I don't use drops). This week I started consuming blueberry juice and blueberry capsules since I found this fruit is really good for dry eyes. I wake up after I started consuming these things and all of a sudden my eyes wake up dried and with sand like yellow crusts once more!! I don't understand why this happened?
