hi there,
i'm diagnosed with mgd and everybody here knows what that means. it is no good at all, that's for sure.
recently i'm told that things are a little different now and that my diagnosis has slightly changed.
my optometrist told me that in my case the mgd is called non obvious meibomian gland dysfunction. why non obvious? well, she told me my glands do not function very well, but there are no signs of any inflammation at all.
so (partly) obstructed glands and no signs of any inflammation.
anybody here heard of this or also diagnosed with it?
what is the best approach for this situation? the good old warm compresses don't seem to work very well
any input is of course very welcome!
