Lazy Opths

Sooo... found out today that my opth didnt even bother writing in my medical notes the fact that I have mgd and get recurrent infections and only wrote about the bleph and also left out the bit about the meds we agreed i need to be on and the course length. So I know what we will be discussing on my next visit at the end of the month. Lazy incompetent opths!
