Does anyone here have ocular rosacea, which in turn led to MGD, but DO NOT have common symptoms associated with blepharitis (crusty/irritated margins, white discharge, soapy film)?
If anyone does please respond as I am trying to put together a list of possible treatments. As of right now I am taking fish/flax, dieting with a very healthy diet, and exercising. I do manual expression of glands every night.
I am also currently researching IPL laser treatment as well as the application of Azasite, but I am not sure if any anti-biotics will help.
Furthmore, I believe Oracea may be a winner, but again, I have yet to try it.
