Although I was hoping to never need to be here again....
Here I am!
My dry eye problems have come back almost to the week that they were at their worst last year.
I'm now a lot calmer about things as I understand the causes more.
I've come to the conclusion I have meibomian blepharitis, my eyelids are swollen and sometimes gritty, contact lens wear has been impossible for nearly a week.
I am doing the hot compresses and I've found lid scrubs with baby shampoo (only since yesterday) are giving me almost instant relief for a couple of hours.
I'm certain the dry conditions in my office and the cold weather are the cause -- there are two other people at work with dry eye problems currently who are also suffering to varying degrees.
I have Clarymist, a very fast depleting supply of Celluvisc and a shedload of baby shampoo to get me through.
Any help, support or advice on products would be great, thank you.
