Up to this point with MGD/Bleph, when my eye has welled up with tears every 4 or 5 hours, it has been a watery consistency. Today I noticed that when my eye teared up, the consistency was more greasy/mucous-y. I'm hoping this is a good sign -- that my glands are producing more oil. What do you think???
