Putting up with the pain of dry eye and the restrictions it causes in our daily life is one thing, then to put up with dismissive, rude and arrogant surgeons when seeking relief is another. Whilst they aren't all like this, there are many eye doctors with serious attitude problems. Such behaviour can be very detrimental to some patients and can lead to further misery.
We need a system where these doctors can be reported and disciplined by a medical authority. So I've created a blog where you can describe your own experience and build awareness about this problem – a problem that should not be happening.
