I live in southern Utah right now with humidity around 30 % usually. I moved from Philly 3 years ago and my de has gotten worse. I had dry eye in Philly though, so I dont know if it's the climate or just progression of the disease. I'm in an office a lot more now. Any thoughts? I don't want to move if it's not really the climate only.
