Ok guys,
Im probably going to sound really foolish right now but id really appreciate if u could explain to me how one does a lid massage.the reason im posing here is cos info is scarce on the net and my doctors seem to be much more concerned with treating the symptoms of MGD rather than the underlying problem!
After i do a warm compress,do i simply massage my lids from side to side or using an "up down" method?
Also,is it the area above my eyelashes i massage or the area just below as thats where the meiobiam glands are(i think).
Sorry,i sound really silly and i know my eye doctor says that time is the main healer for accutane induced ry eye but i really want to give this a try aswell.
