Does anyone know if using a scrubbing product (Ocusoft wipes) or baby shampoo (undiluted) can cause severe dry eye? My husband was given incorrect instructions and used the products above inside his eyelids. He stopped doing this about a week ago when his eyes were getting worse. Could this be why his dryness has gotten so bad? And if so, any idea how long it can take to "heal"?
