Are nutritional supplements (or nutrition for that matter) helpful for Evaporative Dry Eye. I've been taking Thera Tear Nutrution for 4 weeks and haven't noticed any difference in how my right eye tears up about 4 times/day

I think that fish oil & flax oil do help over the long haul but it can be 3 to 6 months before you see any change.
